I am the Grandson of the late Cyril Melton of Indianapolis, IN and the great grandson of Benjamin Melton and the great, great grandson of Amos R. Melton who served in the Indiana Volunteers during the civil war with his brother John Melton. Both Amos and John were from Jefferson County Indiana.
